Standard Inclusions
Your Quotation will be specific to your needs. We will supplly you with a Floor Plan, an Electrical Plan, a Site Plan and three pages of specifications detailing what is included in your price, before you sign. We work off a fixed price contract so unless it is a home from our selection of pre-priced plans there may be a small delay before we can give you a quote, but when we build your house you can be sure there are no hidden costs.  |
